All products listed on www.lovlum.com are available for purchase subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Placing an Order:

• Proceed to checkout and provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Review your order summary before confirming the purchase
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete
• A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

LovLum ships to customers worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation before being dispatched from our fulfillment centers.

Shipping Tracking: Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delays & Lost Parcels: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at care@lovlum.com and we will investigate promptly.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

LovLum operates through a network of trusted partner fulfillment centers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery to our global customers.

The specific fulfillment center used for your order is determined automatically based on product availability and your delivery location. This does not affect your warranty, return rights or any other consumer protections.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LovLum purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligible for Return:

• Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
• Items that do not match the product description on our website
• Items that were delivered incorrectly
• Unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return:

• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer or are missing original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery without prior authorization
• Items purchased during final sale promotions unless defective

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

All LovLum products are quality checked before dispatch and come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

To make a warranty claim please contact care@lovlum.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LovLum and Neofren LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

LovLum is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs authorities, carriers or events beyond our control
• Typographical errors in product descriptions
• Temporary unavailability of our website due to technical issues
• Actions of third-party payment processors or fulfillment partners
